Close up of industrial drawer handles

Reclaimed Grey Washed Scaffolding Board Cupboard/Drawer Unit with Painted Glass Sliding Doors and Dark Steel Pipe Supported Shelving Above – Its salvaged vintage industrial design works perfectly in sophisticated, casual living spaces such as Urban Apartments – converted warehouses and mills etc…

This storage and shelving system can be made to measure to your own specifications. The one pictured here is 2744mm wide x 2133mm tall x 382mm deep… but the sky’s the limit…

We were so thrilled to be asked to take this commission on… our clients sent us photos of their mezzanine area and the limited access to it (a tiny spiral staircase and balcony bridge)… they challenged us to design and build a unit which looked like a solid piece of furniture, but one which could be delivered in manageable sections so they could install it themselves… we couldn’t resist of course !!

We supplied our clients with a video assembly guide and can of course do similar for anyone else who needs complicated constructions… and we’ll get the sound better next time !

The sliding glass doors were the only way to go because the system was to be placed on a narrow walkway so opening doors weren’t an option – my client gave me a dulux colour reference and my glaziers matched this perfectly… the finger pulls, handles and door sliding tracks were all powder coated to match the upper pipes and fittings…

… Everything we do is made to order and because we design and make everything ourselves we can easily accommodate any design requirements you might have… just contact us for a chat… pretty much all of our listings are a result of other clients’ requests so prices are indicative of a bespoke product – the price won’t dramatically increase, or decrease, because you want to add a few centimetres here or take a few centimetres away there – We’re not importing and selling hundreds of products of a particular size… We make everything ourselves from raw materials in a small workshop in an old hat factory in Manchester…

… The design process is really varied… sometimes we visit a client’s home, but the design process can also be done remotely, as was the case with this piece… we have successfully designed, made and delivered items to clients all over the world… thank goodness for technology ! With a combination of email, scanned sketches, technical spec drawings, skype and sending samples in the post we can achieve a totally fool proof bespoke design service…

… We just love what we do and love to provide a great bespoke service… why buy off the shelf when there’s just no need to… we can create something totally unique for you !

The price listed is for a solid piece of furniture (because this is generally the norm)… making the piece in sections is very much more complicated and the price would be £4500…
